Blackberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For Base:
1 packet biscuits, digestives
2 cups cornflakes
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons soft butter

For Filling:
750 gm (3 packets) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
225 g caster sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 eggs
150 ml (1 pack small) strawberry flavored yogurt
1 can of blackberry products (simply take the fruits only)


Method:
Let all ingredients at room temperature
Preheat oven to 180C.

How to Base:
Blend or mash until smooth biscuits and cornflakes.
Combine sugar and butter until well mixed into the biscuit dough.
In the mold "springform 'or' loose bottom 'round 23 cm, emphasize the dough until smooth base and a while.
Bake the base for 7 minutes. Set aside.

Method For Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar for 3 minutes.
Then sieve into the cheese mixture is corn flour. Beat until fluffy and no pips.
Add the eggs one by one.
Enter the yogurt. Stir until well blended.
By using udip or spatula, flip Fold in the blackberry fruit in the batter until blended.
Pour on the base that already exists.
Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are drawn from cake.
After cooking, turn off heat and let cake baked in the oven for an hour. Try leaving the oven door with a wooden spatula to open up a bit. Chill in the refrigerator.
