Ingredients:
250 gm butter
1 ¾ cup castor sugar
5 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
¾ cup cocoa
2 cups self-rising flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate (cooled)
topping:
Icing sugar ¾
cocoa ¾
½ cup milk chocolate
1 teaspoon butter
Method:
beat the butter and castor sugar.
put eggs and vanilla essence vanila.
a self-rising flour, cocoa and baking soda together and then enter into the chocolate mixture
alternately with milk.
topping:
add cocoa, icing sugar and butter in pan.
then add chocolate milk and stir.
if too thin add sugar icing, and if too thick add milk chocolate.
